this will be a community where casual sims players can say what they want about the game without the onslaught of scrupulous fan boys/girls and who enjoy the game for fun.

The adventures of Addies world and my other sims projects will be attached to this new community and progressed when i have time. i will also use the attached community blog for posting nice things about other sims movie makers who are actulay really good and comics etc. not only that i will talk about my own adventures in game, including the odd rant here and there.

so if you really enjoyed the idea of my sims blog from the perspective of a charciter then i’m sorry i cannot continue. but there is nothing stopping you from doing it! so if you want to carry on you could join the community and create your own! it’ll be great!

So anyway….

After my cooking classes I was able to show off my new found culinary skills and cooked a big meal for Heidi, Alex and Sandy… around Heidi’s house…

I don’t think sandy was too impressed because apparently she has the cooking skills of a domestic goddess… well she ate it anyway and I’m not surprised because she looks like she has put on a little bit of weight since I last saw her… not being mean or anything, I just call it like I see it and if she gets any bigger I probably wont be able to see “it” anymore… that made sense In my head.

I’m not sure is Alex has noticed her increase in size… (it probably dosent matter to him anyway) but he has been quite busy lately since he has had yet another promotion… this one being far more demanding on his time. But, it was good to see him having a good time that night since he has been coming home from work in a bad mood a lot lately.

After that night Alex had been staying over at Sandy’s quite a lot, so I hadn’t seen that much of him. For a while having the house to myself was fun… it was cool being able to do stuff like play bad guitar at 3am and play chess as a yellow cheese thing judges me… but as fun as that was, after a while I found beating myself at chess getting more and more frustrating…

But as bored as I have been getting, I’m thankfully still not at the point where I feel the need to get a job… I was, however, thinking about throwing a party… inviting the people in town who I haven’t seen in a while… but instead I got a pool installed instantly and invited Heidi over to play.

… But I guess swimming is another thing she’s not too fond of… either that or she was more interested in something else… or someONE!… I think Heidi has the hots for toilet guy… well she can have him! She won’t be interested when she finds out what I pay him per hour… at the time I thought it would be a good idea to go and pay him in front of her… but I didn’t… it will be more funny when they go out on a date and she has to pay…

… … no I’m not jealous!… really, I’m not the jealous type… like the other day… Heidi made the absurd assumption that I was jealous of Sandy… what?! No!… although, she was drunk on paint fumes at the time… so I didn’t hold it against her.

On the weekend I finally got to see Alex again and we went to the lake to do some fishing… I used to fish a lot with my parents… this was the first time I had been in a long while and I was a little rusty.

Alex had never been fishing before, but I don’t think he was there to catch anything… we had a laugh, joking about stuff we did at university… then he asked me if Sandy could move in with us… I was a little reluctant but I couldn’t say no… he’s one of my oldest friends and Since his new promotion pays so well he’s been paying me rent for his room… so, Sandys moving in next week… Heidi is happy about that.

On the bright side I caught this… it’s a gold fish named Ricky…

Once the excitement had worn off and the maid had left (with a little extra in her pay cheque) Alex told me he had got a promotion, which is great! He loves his job… all that hospital cleaning.

Over the past few days (after his little announcement) Alex has been spending less time with Sandy since he is too tired from work… I feel bad thinking that it’s a good thing since he really likes Sandy and everything… but it’s nice to be able to enjoy my house again!

Although, one of Alex’s friends from work came over with his son (his toddler son with huge creepy eyebrows…) … he’s a bit of a dick… he loves kids and family stuff… he actually called me rude for telling him I hate his son!… “Its nothing personal…”, I said “I hate all kids! They drool and poop and demand stuff… who wouldn’t hate them?… apart from you of course…”

He didn’t leave as quickly as a thought he would though … which is a shame because I had to spend more time in his son’s presence… they may have stayed for dinner, I don’t know because I didn’t…

The next day, it had been 5 days since I had left the house and after tinkering with pretty much everything I could find (without electrocuting myself… I know…. I’m just that good LOL) I had become profoundly bored and stir crazy… Heidi told me about some cooking classes down town, so I thought… “Why the hell not…”… maybe I need a job or something… I sure as hell don’t need the money.

I moved in with my friend from university (Alex Anders), when we both had finished our degrees and were sent off in to the world. i wouldn’t say my life after university was bad, but its been an adventure so far… and this i what my blog is basically all about…

All the abstract misfortunes of my life seem too convenient to be true, but that’s just life I guess… you make your own problems. Though I don’t see how that quote is relevant today since my problem wasn’t the breakfast I had made… but the fact I couldn’t get to it because Alex and his new girlfriend, Sandy were too loved up on each other to notice that even a grown woman such as myself could cry over burned waffles.

This is “the” Alex By the way, the one i now live with … if I was still old enough to have “best Friends” I would defiantly call him that… well, at least on those days where he doesn’t deprive me of my breakfast.

All this kanoodling started about 3 months ago when Sandy first moved into, her sister, Heidi’s house after she got evicted from her old place …something to do with fish heads and a keg of beer, I don’t know, I didn’t ask the full story.

But anyway yeah, since they’re only next door, me and Alex went over to say hi… they hit it off… he inappropriately kissed her… she loved it… and here we are… in my vision of what hell will be like.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate Sandy… its just I’d like to have my home back, since no matter what I try and watch… they’re kissing in front of it.

Heidi figures its going to be a quick burn out fling between them, but she would say that since she doesn’t like Alex very much anyway because of his techno-worship or whatever she calls it… she says a lot of words like that, I don’t understand what they mean I just kind of nod and let her carry on talking.

I liked to believe that Heidi was right and it is just a fling, but things have been starting to worry me lately…

…You know the kind of people who if they had an accident and were dripping blood everywhere would try to clean up the blood stains before going to the hospital…? Well Alex is one of them kind of guys… unfortunately he actually works at a hospital… but that’s not the point… the point is he hired a maid yesterday… which is what has been worrying me… he loves cleaning! Why would he deprive himself of that?… has sandy taken up so much of his life he doesn’t even want to scrub the scum of the side of the bathtub with a big accomplished smile on his face like he used to?… I hope this will be over soon.

One thing I’m not complaining about though… This is the maid that came today from the agency, I wasn’t checking him out… but he has very nice side burns… I don’t know his name so I’m going to call him toilet guy from now on.
